Sender Profiles

The active profile auto-fills [Your Name], [Your Phone], [Calendar Link], and your website across every email & SMS template. Pick who's sending, and the messages fill themselves in.

❓ How to Use This CRM

The whole system has two jobs: Claude finds the leads, you (or your VA) work them. Tap any blue link to jump straight to that screen.

1 Β· Your daily routine

Work top-to-bottom each day. The dashboard has this same checklist with live numbers.

  • Follow-ups due today β€” handle these first (they're time-sensitive).
  • Ready to Send β€” verified contacts waiting for a first message.
  • Verify new leads β€” confirm the right contact, then tick the verify box.
  • Per lead: read the angle β†’ Open contact page β†’ pick a template β†’ Open in Email / Copy & Open Form β†’ log the touch β†’ set a follow-up (1 week is the default rhythm).

πŸ’‘ The fortune is in the follow-up β€” most replies come on touch 2 or 3, not the first.

2 Β· Find new leads (every 3–4 weeks)

Three scan types. For each: copy the prompt β†’ paste it to Claude β†’ paste the JSON back into Import.

  • πŸŽͺ Organizer Scan β€” pitch the whole event a sponsor / VIP recharge lounge.
  • πŸ› Exhibitor Scan β€” companies that already have booths at trade shows; sell them booth traffic.
  • 🀝 Vendors @ Event β€” companies inside one event; sell them, or partner to split the cost of getting into a pricey event like Dreamforce.
3 Β· Vendors & partners at an event

Open any event lead β€” the "🀝 Vendors & Partners at this event" section lists the companies inside it, each clickable. Use the "Find vendors for this event" button there to hunt more. To do many events at once, use the Batch Hunt.

4 Β· Got a PDF or list already?

Found an exhibitor PDF, sponsorship prospectus, or even a screenshot of a vendor list? Open Claude, upload the file, and paste the "Extractor Prompt." Claude turns every company into import-ready leads tagged to the event. The prompt lives in the Vendors @ Event tab.

5 Β· Keep your data safe

Two buttons, top-right:

  • ⬇ Backup β€” click once a week and save the file somewhere safe. Quick habit, big protection.
  • ⬆ Restore β€” lost something? Pick your saved backup file and it adds back only what's missing β€” it never deletes what you currently have.

Good morning

πŸ“‹ Daily Flow β€” your routine, top to bottom

1
Work follow-ups due today. See the ⏰ list below β€” these are time-sensitive. Open each, do the next touch, log it.
2
Send to "Ready to Send" leads. The ⚑ list below β€” verified contacts waiting for a first message. Open, copy the template, send.
3
Verify new leads. Confirm the right contact on the event site, then tick the verify box.
4
Per lead: read the angle β†’ Open contact page β†’ find the right person β†’ pick a template β†’ Open in Email / Copy & Open Form β†’ log touch β†’ set a follow-up (1 week is the default rhythm).
Weekly (about every 3–4 weeks):
πŸ’‘ The fortune is in the follow-up β€” most replies come on touch 2 or 3, not the first. Move fewer leads through 2–3 touches rather than blasting intros.

πŸ” Weekly Lead Scan

Every Monday: copy the scan prompt, paste it to Claude, then import the results. Fresh Bay Area leads in 5 minutes.

πŸ› Exhibitor Hunt warm leads

Find companies that already booked booths at Bay Area trade shows β€” they've spent the money and need booth traffic. Pitch them a booth activation. Returns company leads + the exhibitor directory to find more.

Ready-to-send email & SMS for every stage. Copy, paste, swap the [brackets], send.

Tip: Replace every [bracketed] field β€” [First Name], [Event Name], [Your Name], [Calendar Link], [Your Phone] β€” before sending. For a specific lead, open it in All Leads and use its template (it auto-fills the event details for you).

in LinkedIn Event Intelligence

Find LinkedIn-hosted Bay Area events, then drop them straight into your CRM.

How this works: LinkedIn blocks automated scraping, but its Events are searchable through Google. Click any search below β€” it opens Google targeting LinkedIn Events for that category. Find an event, then use Quick Add at the bottom to save it to the CRM.
1

3
